With a saddness mixed with relief the family sorts through the unspoken, “wish-tahs”. Mom’s journey has moved to a lasting one now, :-) no longer hindered by the limitations of the physical life on this earth. I look forward to seeing her again, along with Judy’s mom. A week from today Judy & I will celebrate our 40th year of marriage and out of those 40 years our moms met briefly once for about 10 minutes or so.

Had opportunity to let her know that we loved her and that God would take her hand and walk her home.

Yep it’s a for real place and is still there after being gone for 50 years. The old homestead is gone now but memories still linger.
